Business Analyst Role at Equitable

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Savings and Retirement Operations team at Equitable. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying business needs and developing solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and document business needs to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and map business processes and procedures
  • Lead business requirement sessions and identify, track, and escalate issues for resolution
  • Prepare and consolidate requirements documentation
  • Support User Acceptance Testing in the development and execution of test plans/cases
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in Business Analysis on Small to Medium Projects
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of Project Management methodologies
  • Knowledge and understanding of analysis and productivity improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge of regression and user testing, and building test case scenarios
  • Documentation and presentation skills
  • Experience with data analysis and querying (SQL querying, VBA/macros)
