Cleaning Professional

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team at Ever Better Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
- Housekeeping: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, and handle and report lost and found items.
- Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
- Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
- Specialized Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all areas are clean and organized to a high standard.
- Physical Abilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Qualities: Flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Learning and Training: Opportunities for professional development and training paid by the employer.
- Work Environment: A permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
