We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team at InvestX. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the financial strategy to support InvestX's growth and innovation
  • Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to inform key business decisions
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, while overseeing audits and regulatory compliance reporting
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within finance operations
  • Lead a high-performing finance team and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations to provide financial insights, metrics, and updates to key stakeholders
  • Develop and manage strategies for risk mitigation, ensuring financial health and sustainability

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in finance, with at least 3 years in a finance leadership role
  • Proven ability to align financial strategies with business goals and influence organizational direction
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to leadership teams
  • Prior experience in private equity, venture capital, or asset management is highly preferred
  • Track record of improving financial systems, controls, and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and present to executives and investors
