Position Overview

The role of a Culinary Support Staff at Miki's Breakfast & Sushi involves assisting in the smooth operation of the kitchen environment. This position is essential for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Management: Ensure that refrigerators and salad bars are adequately stocked with fresh ingredients.
  • Sanitation: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of kitchen surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Waste Management: Efficiently remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean workspace.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as needed for meal preparation.
Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
