Cozen O'Connor is seeking a seasoned commercial litigation professional to join its growing Vancouver office. The ideal candidate will have expertise in white-collar work, securities enforcement investigations, and related litigation. Qualified candidates will have two to five years of relevant law firm experience and will be able to demonstrate proficiency in case management, discovery, and building client relationships. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills.

Cozen O'Connor has been winning complex commercial trials for over 50 years. With more than 300 highly respected litigators in the United States and Canada, we are a go-to firm for sophisticated clients with complicated and consequential business matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of complex commercial litigation cases
  • Conduct research and analysis to support case development
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve case goals

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $140,000 CAD - $225,000, representing the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
