Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
