The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff
The Motel Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
Conduct Training SessionsThe Motel Manager will conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff are up-to-date with the latest policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
Negotiate with ClientsThe Motel Manager will negotiate with clients to secure the use of our facilities, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
Perform Front Desk DutiesThe Motel Manager will be responsible for performing front desk duties, including checking-in guests, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Prepare Budgets and Monitor FinancesThe Motel Manager will prepare budgets and monitor finances, ensuring the motel operates within budget and meets financial targets.
Implement Marketing ActivitiesThe Motel Manager will implement marketing activities to promote the motel and attract new customers, including social media marketing, email marketing, and local advertising.
