Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham Quesnel. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, present bills to customers, and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Communication: Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, assist clients/guests with special needs, and provide customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
