  • Inventory Management: Estimate and order ingredients, maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastages.
  • Quality Control: Ensure food service and quality standards are met, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
  • Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and customer service, as well as hiring and managing local staff.
  • Time Management: Work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Physical Demands: Perform a combination of walking, standing, and sitting, with regular breaks to maintain productivity.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and resolve employee concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer attractive wages of $14.00 to $16.00 per hour for a minimum of 40 hours a week, providing a competitive compensation package for our Shift Supervisors.
