Job Title: Home Childcare Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Jiby Mathew. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services to families in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and nurturing environment for children, including meal preparation, homework assistance, and engaging activities.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Establish and maintain open communication with parents to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Assist with household tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending.
