Job Title: Contract Management Advisor

Robert Half Management Resources is the worldwide leader in specialized consulting and staffing services for senior-level accounting, finance and business systems professionals.

We are seeking a Contract Management Advisor for a three-month contract with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will provide advice and expertise to the organization in respect of procurement activities, policies, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as point of contact and expert to ensure compliance with regards to contracting activities
  • Be responsible for all contracting activities including issuing contractual arrangements, standing offers, service agreements, amendments, RFPs and revisions
  • Work across all levels of management and with vendors to ensure contracts are in place
  • Contact and negotiate with external service providers
  • Develop RFPs and evaluation criteria
  • Other duties as required
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience procuring goods and services
  • Experience creating RFPs and RFQs
  • Experience drafting contracts, policies and procedures
  • Experience with e-procurement tools, Buy and Sell a strong asset
  • Experience with Microsoft Great Plains / Dynamics a strong asset
  • Bilingualism a strong asset
