Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Supervisor to join our team at Natural Oasis Day Spa Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities, including scheduling work, arranging maintenance and repair, and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule work and activities to ensure efficient use of resources
    • Coordinate with staff and management to ensure smooth operation of spa facilities
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out as needed
    • Ensure that all equipment and machinery are in good working order
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa staff
    • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit progress reports as required
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language
    • English language proficiency
Work Environment

Our spa is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and the successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 35 to 40 hours per week.
