Silwal International LTD. is seeking a dedicated Retail Meat Cutter to join our team. This role involves various responsibilities related to meat preparation and customer service in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meat Preparation: Skillfully cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to produce standard cuts of meat.
  • Bone Removal: Efficiently remove bones from various types of meat.
  • Poultry and Fish Processing: Cut poultry into parts and fish into steaks and fillets.
  • Sausage Making: Create special sausages and prepare custom orders for customers.
  • Roast Preparation: Shape, lace, and tie roasts, along with other meats, poultry, and seafood.
Work Environment

This position is physically demanding and requires handling heavy loads. Candidates should possess good hand-eye coordination to perform tasks effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
