  • Repairs and Adjustments: Make minor adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with tradespersons for more significant repairs.
  • Contractor Liaison: Contact and manage contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance of the facility.
  • Appliance Care: Conduct minor repairs on appliances to ensure functionality.
  • Safety Checks: Execute safety and security inspections regularly to maintain a safe environment.
