About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Mishra Farms. As a key member of our farm crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our crop cultivation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and development
  • Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts to promote healthy plant growth
  • Harvest crops at the right time to ensure maximum quality and yield
  • Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
  • Perform other tasks as required to maintain a clean and efficient work environment
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
