Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales associates to optimize workflow.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Authorize the return of products as per company policy.
  • Create and manage employee work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Engage in direct sales activities to meet store targets.
  • Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Maintain organized inventory systems to ensure product availability.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to foster a collaborative environment.
Supervisory Scope

You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3-4 individuals.
