Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Glow Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials with precision and efficiency.
  • Clean and maintain cranes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt with attention to detail.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Remove rubble and debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the public.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a fast-paced construction environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a noisy, dusty environment. A valid driver's license is not required for this position.
