Job Summary

Alberta Inc. is seeking a skilled Taxi Driver to join our team. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Vehicles: Ensure that our vehicles are clean and well-maintained to provide a comfortable and safe ride for our clients.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet and assist clients with their luggage, provide information about destinations, and ensure that they arrive at their destinations safely and on time.
  • Operate Vehicles Safely: Follow all traffic laws and regulations, and ensure that our vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Manage Transactions: Collect fares and manage transactions in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Assist Clients with Special Needs: Provide assistance to clients with special needs, such as wheelchair accessibility.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Certifications: Municipal taxi driver permit, Provincial or Territorial Commercial Vehicle licence (Class 4 or E)
Work Environment

As a Taxi Driver, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with clients and colleagues on a daily basis. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
