About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Pitt Meadows physiotherapy clinic Ltd. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment
    • Administer evaluative tests to assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
    • Examine patients to identify areas of improvement and create effective rehabilitation strategies.
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Plan and implement physiotherapy programs to help patients achieve their goals and improve their overall health.
    • Select appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Confer with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
    • Teach and/or supervise exercises to patients, promoting independence and self-management.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports to track patient progress.
    • Order and purchase equipment as needed to support patient care.
Additional Responsibilities

    • Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
  • Work Environment

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a physiotherapy setting.
  • Language and Communication
    • Fluency in English (langue de travail: Anglais).
  • Work Schedule
    • 35 to 40 hours per week.
