Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Regional Sales Associate to join our Wealth Management team. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing activity management and case support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the outside wholesaler (Regional Sales Manager) and inside wholesaler (Regional Sales Representative)
  • Manage activity for the territory, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination
  • Clear the path and support on wholesale opportunities by sorting, prioritizing, and responding to incoming advisor inquiries
  • Report on Salesforce opportunities, segmentation, and activity management, as well as sales results in COGNOS reporting
  • Prepare for special events and campaigns, and implement operational and sales support tactics
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings with a prepared agenda to elicit collaboration and efficiency within the territory
  • Ensure data integrity by inputting and maintaining advisor-related information in CRM database, Salesforce
  • Provide general administrative support and participate in sales conferences and meetings
Requirements:
  • Growth-oriented, self-starter with problem-solving skills and a passion for wealth management/investing
  • Completed post-secondary education, Commerce (or related) degree
  • Completing, completed, or strongly motivated to complete CSC/IFIC certification
  • Experience in sales or hospitality industries, or any experience requiring strong communication skills and client-facing interaction
  • Focused on building strong, collaborative relationships and possessing strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Goal-oriented and passionate about learning various sales processes to drive sales results
