About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at SAB 13JI Immigration Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Assist in planning and executing marketing projects, including research, development, and implementation.
  • Content Creation: Prepare and edit reports, research papers, educational texts, and articles to support marketing efforts.
  • Marketing Materials: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Market Research: Design and conduct market research questionnaires to gather valuable insights.
  • Portfolio Development: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase the company's brand and messaging.
  • Customer Evaluation: Evaluate customer service and store environments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Research Projects: Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform marketing strategies.
  • Digital Marketing: Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to reach a wider audience.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Presentations: Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals who are passionate about marketing and business development.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
