About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Glen Traffic Solutions Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Leadership and Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management of our team.
  • Objective Setting: Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation of our company's interests.
  • Talent Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and support to excel in their roles.
  • Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring their success and alignment with our company's goals.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure our team members are meeting their objectives and providing feedback for growth and development.
  • Financial and Administrative Management: Establish and maintain effective financial and administrative controls, ensuring the efficient use of resources and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, efficient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
