About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at Fei Shang. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Care and Education
    • Plan and implement engaging activities to promote children's cognitive, emotional, and physical development
    • Establish a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children to explore and learn
  • Housekeeping and Meal Preparation
    • Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry
    • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Emotional Support and Discipline
    • Provide emotional support and guidance to children, promoting healthy relationships and self-esteem
    • Implement discipline strategies that are positive and respectful
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless care and support
    • Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure consistency and quality of care
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience in childcare or a related field is an asset
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
    • Reliability and punctuality
