About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team at AWCSIT CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a Construction Insulator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality insulation installation in our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and Apply Insulation Materials
    • Select the appropriate type of insulation required for each project
    • Measure and cut insulating materials to the required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools
    • Apply and secure insulation using various methods, including spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and other application and installation methods
  • Install Insulation Systems
    • Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs
    • Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials
    • Brush waterproofing cement or other material over insulating materials
  • Work with Blueprints and Specifications
    • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate insulation installation
  • Work in a Physically Demanding Environment
    • Work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and working at heights

This role requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and working at heights. The successful candidate will be physically fit and able to lift, carry, and maneuver insulation materials and equipment.
