Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Turner Volkswagen. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with vehicles, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and recommend repairs
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Requirements:
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
