**Job Summary**

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Project Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Experience in construction or a related industry is an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with accounting software, such as Maestro, is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
