Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at Tarlok Trucking Ltd. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining our fleet of vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and Maintain Vehicles: Safely operate and maintain our fleet of trucks, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Load and Unload Goods: Load and unload goods in a safe and efficient manner, using proper lifting techniques and equipment to prevent injury and damage to goods.
  • Communicate with Dispatch: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, including updates on delivery status, traffic conditions, and any issues that may affect delivery.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption, as required by regulatory authorities and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid Class 1 or A driver's license.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of [insert experience] years of experience as a truck driver, with a proven track record of safe and efficient driving.
  • Certifications: Hold any required certifications, such as a valid driver's license and a commercial vehicle operator's certification.
