Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CCUS Project Controls Analyst to join our team at Lehigh Hanson. As a key member of our project controls team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all project control functions, including scheduling, budgeting, contracts management, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project control functions, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Maintain project document control system and project filing
  • Coordinate and contribute to reporting process for weekly meetings, management meetings, and steering committee meetings
  • Lead and coordinate schedule update and revision processes
  • Maintain project risk and uncertainty analyses and contribute to recovery plans when required
  • Participate in project audits and group review processes to support project execution

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in project controls with deep scheduling or estimating experience
  • 5+ years managing a project controls team preferred
  • Four-year university degree in related field preferred
  • Working experience with EPC's (favorable) or other large contract execution models
  • Strong estimating and scheduling skills
  • Advanced understanding of software for cost and schedule control
  • Ability to manage through others, both internal and external to the project
