About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Category Management Leader to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category management strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category management plans that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead a team of Category Management Specialists and Category Managers to ensure effective implementation of category management strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of category management initiatives.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in category management, wholesale, and retail hardware/building products.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
