Side by Side ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate ABA Instructor Therapists to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.

As an ABA Instructor Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, utilizing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support their development and growth. You will collaborate closely with a team of experienced professionals, including Senior Therapists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct ABA therapy services in the client's home environment, implementing client-specific programs as directed by the BCBA and Senior Therapist.
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress, documenting observations and outcomes through detailed notes.
  • Collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans and provide ongoing support.
  • Participate in team meetings and training conferences to stay informed about best practices and advancements in ABA therapy.
Qualifications:
  • A College Diploma or University Degree in a related field, such as Psychology, Education, or Social Work.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience implementing ABA teaching strategies.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid Ontario Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is an asset.
