About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team at Simish Inc. as a Beauty Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Beauty Treatments: Provide a range of beauty treatments, including body care, permanent hair removal, and nail care.
  • Product Knowledge: Advise customers on beauty products suited to their skin type and colouring.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a beauty-related role.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, reliability, and a team player.
Work Environment

As a Beauty Specialist at Simish Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and will need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
