Food Store Manager

Join FAMILY PIZZA as a Food Store Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing store operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality store operations.
- Manage store inventory, merchandise, and sales floor operations to meet business objectives.
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish work schedules, monitor sales volumes, and prepare reports on sales and personnel matters.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and maintaining a high level of manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- 35-40 hours of work per week.
