Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Adeel Halal Meat. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and assign tasks to sales floor staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining store inventory.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales floor staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making sales recommendations to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock is properly stored and rotated to minimize waste and optimize sales.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and store operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, with a focus on sales floor management and customer service.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
