Casual Combined Lab and X-Ray Technologist

Key Responsibilities:The Combined Lab/X-Ray Technologist will conduct a range of standard laboratory, x-ray, and ECG procedures in line with departmental policies, procedures, and standards established by relevant service and accrediting organizations.
This role also involves performing routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and troubleshooting any equipment issues as necessary.
As a casual employee, your work hours may fluctuate between 0 and 37.5 hours per week. Shifts may be available on short notice, on an on-call basis, or as pre-scheduled blocks to cover leaves of absence. There is potential for applying for regular employment positions through the Internal Recruitment process.
This position requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends, with shifts scheduled between 07:00 to 15:42, 08:00 to 16:12, 08:18 to 16:30, 08:48 to 17:00, 16:30 to 00:42, and 16:00 to 00:12.
On-call duties will be part of this casual role.
Effective April 01, 2024, the hourly wage for Combined Lab/X-Ray Technologists will be $45.81.
