Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Grab and Go Indian Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets, and manage kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
