Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Clerk II to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a Pharmacy Clerk II, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and supporting the Pharmacy Manager in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring a positive and hassle-free shopping experience.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and performing daily cash reconciliations.
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager in achieving business objectives, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning and facing shelves, as per merchandising standards.
  • Merchandise product and build displays to attract customers and drive sales.
  • Adhere to company loss prevention, security, and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an outgoing and energetic personality.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work a variety of shifts.
  • Ability to solve problems and willingness to further knowledge through training.
  • Physically able to do heavy lifting, climbing, and kneeling.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
