Job Title: Dietitian-Nutritionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian-Nutritionist to join our team at the CISSS de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for evaluating the nutritional status of patients, developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the nutritional status of patients and develop personalized nutrition plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Conduct nutritional assessments and provide recommendations for patients with specific dietary needs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in nutrition and dietetics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition
• Registration with the Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
