Pilates Instructor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pilates Instructor to join our team at Anka Pilates and Rehabilitation Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach Pilates classes to clients of all levels, focusing on proper technique and form.
  • Develop and lead group and private Pilates sessions, including workshops and special events.
  • Assess clients' needs and create personalized exercise programs to help them achieve their fitness goals.
  • Collaborate with our rehabilitation team to provide comprehensive care for clients with injuries or chronic conditions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques and research, and incorporate new ideas into your teaching practice.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience teaching Pilates or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Pilates principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
