About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Florist Salesperson to join our team at Sherwood Panda Flowers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient ordering processes.
  • Customer Service: Provide expert advice on merchandise, assist with display and sales transactions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain sales records for inventory control, estimate prices, and process transactions through electronic commerce systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, creativity, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess a strong work ethic.
