Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Labourer to support our projects at Paradigm Building Solutions Ltd. This role involves a variety of tasks essential for the smooth operation of construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials efficiently.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Demolition Assistance: Aid in the demolition of buildings as required.
  • Material Salvage: Clean and organize salvaged materials for reuse.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Machine Operation Support: Tend to or feed machines and equipment utilized in construction activities.
  • Traffic Management: Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure safety.
  • General Labouring: Perform various labouring and elemental activities as needed.
  • Assistance to Skilled Trades: Support skilled tradespersons in their tasks.
  • Equipment Support: Assist equipment operators in securing attachments to machinery or trucks.
Qualifications

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.

Experience: Candidates should have 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
