About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Vice President to join our team at Galiano Inn. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and maximum impact.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Objective Setting: Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that align with our business goals.
  • Talent Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and support to excel in their roles.
  • Event Management: Manage events and activities that promote our brand and drive business growth, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Marketing Strategy: Plan and direct advertising and marketing campaigns that drive business results, leveraging data and insights to inform our approach.
  • Marketing Execution: Implement marketing activities that align with our business objectives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and success through strategic marketing initiatives
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform our approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
