About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Silk-screening Machine Operator to join our Production Team at Groupe Regimbal Group. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our printing machines to ensure high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean and maintain printing machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
  • Job Preparation: Review work orders to determine job specifications, including ink colors, paper types, and print quantities.
  • Machine Setup and Adjustment: Set up and make adjustments to printing machines as needed to achieve desired print quality.
  • Print Run Monitoring: Operate and monitor printing machines during print runs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure high-quality output.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure printed products meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn our production processes.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check.
  • Transportation and Travel: Public transportation is available, and the work term is permanent.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
