We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team at Numinous Creations Inc. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees, as well as providing awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Key Responsibilities- Support the integration of newcomers and/or refugees into the community by facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
- Provide awareness training to employees to promote a welcoming work environment for youth, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- Participate in government or community programs that support mature workers and members of visible minorities.
- Work a standard 40-hour week in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively in English, the primary language of the workplace.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a related field is an asset.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
