Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Ladner Bottle Depot. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
  • Process returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
