Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Helper to join our team at beBee Professionals in St. Thomas. As a Construction Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting skilled tradespeople, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient work site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled workers on-site, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Load and unload construction materials and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in construction is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
