Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at NestWealth Investments Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, preparing production and other reports, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on site
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Commercial, residential, and various locations experience
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. The work will involve working at various locations, including commercial and residential sites.

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
