Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Col. Mustard's Bar & Grill. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
