About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at CODE TECH INC. as a Technical Lead - Software Development. This is a key role that will involve leading the development of software applications and ensuring that they meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Lead the development of software applications, including writing, modifying, integrating, and testing code.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and expertise to the development team, ensuring that they are using best practices and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, including debugging code and identifying and fixing issues.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and other documentation as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in software development, including experience in leading teams and managing technical projects.
  • Skills: Agile, Java, SQL, Soap, and other relevant technologies.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week.
