Liquor Store Supervisor Job Description

At Alberta Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our liquor store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
  • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
