Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Join Tomas the Cook / Specklebellys pub as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
